Our Services
At The Care Team, we aim to provide a professional Occupational Therapy service to people who are finding daily activities at home difficult. We assess individual needs, recommending appropriate equipment and/or adaptation to help promote independent living, safety and comfort.
We provide assessment and specialist disability equipment to local Social Services, Primary Care Trusts, Independent Living Centres, Voluntary Agencies and Local Housing Associations, as well as to the general public.

Established for over fifteen years, in Urmston, Manchester, by Phil Moore, The Care Team has experienced occupational therapists with a wealth of specialist expertise who work with individuals and their families.
